It was developed during the DCMS funded everybody's reading project in 2001-02, and will be launched in 2003. It is in draft format in early 2003, and can be accessed through the Warrington grid for Learning on www.wgfl.org.uk Select 'Libraries in Warrington' and choose 'Love2read' from the 3 options.
